I just submitted to the family committee, which commissioned me for the renovation, our budgeting and design. Of course, I took advantage of nostalgia to recall our love for this special house in the heart of Antananarivo. I will share later a series of photographs from the last century where you can easily identify its silhouette from the Analakely/Antaninarenina neighborhood. But today, this is only about treating cousins, uncles, and aunties to the interiors we all cherished. I heavily used AI to develop very humble and touching renderings, in order also to let them know that I won’t change a thing, since most has been left in its place for years since our grandmas left this world.
Also, this is very much on point because tomorrow is November 1st, so I dedicate this work to the family we miss, and also to the people who have difficulties letting go — or on the contrary, to those who hoard belongings and memories. I can reassure you that even if it’s heavy: you go through grief the best way you can, and keep going on. ????
